There seems to be a demand for short-term accommodation in Kings Hill for various reasons and I was chatting to a friend who will be in the same situation shortly of needing a place short-term. I thought I would start a thread in case people have ideas about this, or want to offer accommodation/a room, or request it as going through an agency is expensive and not always the right option for short term lets. So feel free. It depends how you define short term. I’ve often got property to let, but never for less than 6 months as it is simply not worth the trouble.
